How to Use:
1. Line lips with the shade most similar to your natural lip tone to enhance the look and wear of your lipstick.
2. For extreme definition, apply to the edge of the lip, creating the desired shape. Blend the inside of the liner towards the center of the lips. Then fill in with lipstick, gloss, or liquid lip.
3. For a less defined look, apply the lipstick first, then use the pencil to push the color to the edges of the lip.
